THE RULES IT ENFORCES
- Exactly one primary project at a time.
- Exactly one current next action per project -- concrete and physically executable, not vague.
- A work session cannot end without recording what got done and what's next.
- New projects, project kills, and idea promotions only happen inside a Weekly Review -- never mid-week on a whim.
- A day can't be closed without a next action written down for tomorrow.
